TLAfrica, Inc. is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to train leaders in Africa and empower them to serve their churches and bring transformation in their communities. The philosophy of the organization is built on the following four premises: First, God has a wonderful plan for Africa. Second, Africa will be transformed by her sons and daughters. Third, there is a desperate need for holistic ministries to transform African people and communities. Fourth, leadership is at the core of the problems that the continent of Africa is facing. These premises have been the factors guiding my philosophy of ministry for the last 20 years that I have served in leadership in Africa.
You will notice that we are partnering with ministries that either I or my wife founded in the past, or ministries in which we have been involved and which we believe are transformational. We also hope to begin new other ministries that will have a real impact in people’s lives. Truly, our name may be new, but our labors are not.
